The processing cycle is 20-25 seconds per batch.

Hammer and screening system: Industrial grade models adopt a rotor hammer structure. Chestnuts enter through the feed inlet and are repeatedly hit by high-speed rotating hammer blades, causing the shell to shatter. Then, they are sorted by vibrating screen and airflow to achieve three-phase separation of shell, kernel, and impurities. The processing capacity can reach 1000-1200kg/h.
